Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept free returns that are initiated and mailed back within 30 calendar days of the customer's order receipt date. Please contact us at aesthetique.philosophie@gmail.com to start the return process and we will provide a shipping label. We do not have to receive your return within 30 days of the purchase date, but it must be received by the carrier within 30 calendar days of the purchase date, or within 2 business days of receiving the return label, in the event that the return was initiated at the end of the 30 day window.
Q: How quickly will I receive a refund on my return?
A: After receiving your returned product(s), your item(s) will be examined and we will notify you within 1-2 business days if your return is approved. If the item is sent back unused, with tags still attached and in original packaging, your refund will be processed within 10 business days of its approval.
We reserve the right to deny any return that has been used or comes back damaged, or with missing tags, pieces or parts that wasn't communicated to us prior to receiving the return.
If you receive your item(s) damaged or with missing pieces or parts, please contact us immediately at aesthetique.philosophie@gmail.com and include pictures of the damaged item(s) including the packaging & shipping label(s) it arrived in. If this damage was not communicated prior to the return, it will be assumed that the damage was caused by the consumer and the return will either be denied or only partially refunded.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please contact us at aesthetique.philosophie@gmail.com if more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still have not received your refund.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: If your item is damaged in any way or missing parts, please contact us immediately after you have received it at aesthetique.philosophie@gmail.com so we can make it right. Please include photos and a description of the damage including pictures of the packaging and label.
Q: Do you accept exchanges?
A: If you want to make an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at aesthetique.philosophie@gmail.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is generally to initiate a return of your current item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please make sure you return the item in its original unused condition with tags attached in original packaging.
Q: How soon will my shipment arrive?
A: You can check the tracking information that will be provided after your shipment has been processed. We process most shipments within 1-2 business days. Your shipment of any in-stock item should arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your location. For multiple item shipments, sometimes your shipment will be separated into multiple packages depending on inventory location. Please contact us at aesthetique.philosophie@gmail.com if you have not received tracking information after 48 hours of your placed order, or have any questions about your shipment.

Q: Can your items be found on other platforms?
A: Yes, we have a variety of options for purchase depending on your needs. Most of our items are available on the Amazon & Etsy platforms as well. Please note that if you purchase on a platform outside of our website, the policies will vary and be unique to the Amazon and Etsy platforms including shipping, returns, exchanges, pricing etc. so please check out each platform's unique policies for more information.
Q: Is there a benefit to purchasing directly from www.theaplife.com?
A: Yes, there are many. Purchasing directly from www.theaplife.com will allow you to utilize the following perks:
- Promotions: Most of our promotions are run through our website only and can only be claimed on our Shopify platform, www.theaplife.com.

Q: Do your gift cards expire?
A: No, gift cards have no expiration date.
Q: Can gift cards be used on other platforms like Amazon or Etsy?
A: The Aesthetique Philosophie gift cards purchased through www.theaplife.com can only be redeemd on www.theaplife.com and do not transfer to Amazon or Etsy which have their own gift card systems.
