Pre Orders

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

Refunds cannot be given for any print-on-demand items. These items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@theaplife.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1847 N Hillridge Cir, Mesa, AZ 85207 

We will process your return within 1-2 business days of receiving your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping carrier must be in possession of your returned package before the end of the 30 day period, or within 2 business days of receipt of the return shipping label if the return was initiated at the end of the return window.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at orders@theaplife.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include pictures of the item damage, and the packaging and label. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items. They are final sale only.

Print on Demand & International Customers

If you've ordered a Print on Demand item or purchased your item internationally, we can exchange your item for store credit or a new size, but do not issue refunds due to the nature of the process.

Exchanges
 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return or exchange by emailing orders@theaplive.com, and once the return or exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. This generally takes 3-5 business days from receipt of your returned item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds cannot be approved for print-on-demand items as they are made to order. If there is an issue with your print-on-demand item, please contact us directly at orders@theaplife.com so we can either have it reprinted or exchanged for store credit if applicable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve received your return and you still have not been issued a refund, please contact us at orders@theaplife.com.

Pre-Orders

Orders that are placed on merchandise that is set to be released at a later date, will have an estimated ship-by date included in the listing. This date is not exact. Pre-Orders may be shipped within 30 days, plus or minus, of the supplied estimated shipping date.

Once your package is received the same return policy stated above, will be in effect. 

All pre-orders can be cancelled at any time at no additional fee. Please email orders@theaplife.com if you need to cancel/refund your order prior to shipment. See "Refunds" above for detailed information on processing times.
